I blend relational, cognitive-behavioral, and body-based techniques to address emotional and physiological well-being. My trauma-informed framework integrates:
Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Psychodynamic Therapy to help heal developmental wounds and improve relationships.
CBT-Based Interventions to shift thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and support behavior change.
Somatic and Polyvagal Theory Approaches to regulate the nervous system and process trauma safely.
